Our experience at Ibis Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Mr. Nahar Singh from housekeeping, Mr. Sunil Sharma from sales, and Mr. Ponnaki at the front desk – each of them went above and beyond in their roles. Their dedication, courteous nature, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. They were extremely hospitable and spot-on with guest relations, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities at Ibis were another highlight – we especially loved the kids zone and the gaming zone on the ground floor, which added such a fun and lively touch to the overall experience. It’s a fantastic space for families and children to unwind. We did face a persistent issue with the washroom in Room 511, but the staff was extremely responsive and available around the clock to address it promptly each time. Their commitment to guest comfort truly stood out. The only small suggestion we have is regarding the bed size – a slightly bigger bed would make it even more comfortable for families wanting to share a bed. All in all, a delightful stay and we’d definitely love to come back. Thank you, Ibis team, for making it such a memorable experience!

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Jaipur. The Ibis Jaipur City Centre - An Accor Brand offers clean, modern rooms with all essential amenities. The staff was courteous and quick to respond. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the location is quite convenient—close to metro access and major city attractions. A great option for business or short leisure stays.

Amazing experience. Loved the stay. Tried the spa and it was absolutely fantastic. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The drinks (cocktails) were superb.

Room and Bathroom was very clean. good place to stay. my only issue was only one charging point in the room.

It was an amazing experience,great hospitality. I found the bathroom a little small but otherwise clean room. The staff deserves praise. Overall 10/10
