Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre

Hello everyone, We checked in to the Novotel Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre to celebrate our wedding anniversary. As soon as the Head Restaurant and Event , Mr. Manishji came to know about the occasion, he planned a surprising cake cutting ceremony for us with his entire restaurant team. My whole family was overwhelmed with this gesture and are heartily thankful to their lovely and friendly behaviour. Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected to local attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all modern amenities provided. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety. The staff was polite, attentive, and ensured a comfortable experience throughout. The overall ambience and service exceeded our expectations, making the stay truly memorable.

We stayed for 1 night at Novotel Jaipur enroute from Jodhpur to Delhi. We had a pleasant stay, food buffet at night & morning along with service was excellent. Room was also descent. Only thing I felt ala carte price at restaurant were high, ordered 2 tea for Rs 900 after 15 percent discount and was just ok in taste. Overall pleasant stay for 1 night.

However, I did notice that they could improve by offering more local touches, such as Rajasthani vibes , which would add a nice cultural flair to the experience."

Awesome hospitality with everything a guest need at the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre. Hotel staff is very courteous from parking to reception and at the restaurant, we were served and treated with politeness. Only thing I want to add if they can keep bathroom slippers as well . Rest everything was great.

Spacious rooms, Good property with ample of space outside also for night walk, so many options in breakfast, delicious food taste , 2 live counters which is an unusual in restaurants, spacious restaurant area, all facilities are up to the mark
