Small room with tiny washroom. No shower, only telephone shower. Sofa covers very old and I felt unhygienic

Ibis is very well located at Aerocity, convenient to access via metro. Checkin took a bit more time than I would have liked although checkout was fast. The rooms are exceptionally small... Functional, but just didn't feel worth the money. The toilet pod seems straight of an aeroplane design. What I didn't like was the fact that getting through to housekeeping just didn't happen. Called them multiple times for a dental kit and when they didn't pick up, called the main desk who promised to help (they didn't). Ultimately, after about 25 minutes I just walked down the corridor and grabbed one out a housekeeping cart. Breakfast was great. Definitely a high point.

Located very near airport and connected well with city. You stay away from the hustle and bustle, and yet just a short ride away. Ideal for outsiders on few days business trips. Ambience is fine, food is good and staff is courteous.

Very good stay at IBIS hotel.Located in Aerocity very near to airport.Good neat and nicely decorated rooms,equipped with all basic amenities.Food a bit expensive but good and service was also good.Swimming pool is very good and morning buffet was good and vast.Overall very good experience.

Hotel located at a prime location of the aerocity near the Airport. The receptionist and staff were also very polite and helpful. I had breakfast there and the food was very tasty and delicious and there were so many varieties.

Terrible Stay
Check in process at this property is horrible always only 2 counters are open with long queue and two are always closed. If we ask why they are closed they don’t have anything to say. It took me 30 mins to get checked in. Also 20 mins to check out. After requesting for queen size bed during check in i have got twin bed also i have requested to shift me other room but first of all pickup the call on front desk keep calling then for atlests 3 times then they will pick up. The best part is the room service whenever you order they will send only half order and when you call then they also takes at least 3-4 calls afterwards they pick I don’t know are they short of staff or staff is behaving is this to avoid calls. Best team in the entier property is security and house keeping team they are the only team in hotel who works honestly and hard working team.
