Hotel City Park

They take 3000 rs deposit from me. It did not happen anywhere else

I don’t even remember how many times I have stayed here. They don’t disturb you unnecessarily and they are there for you 24/7 and like actually. I generally travel for work and city park is like home in delhi for me.

My Family recently stayed at Hotel City Park in Delhi for one day, and my experience was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The services provided by the staff were also very good. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

The staff behaviour specifically the front desk (reception) is not good . Rest the property is good but not that extraordinary.

The awesome stay and the cuisine and restaurant ambience was nice. we would like to stay always. SPA facilities was also nice.

we stayed at the hotel for 2 days from 31/7/25 to 02/08/25. The behaviour of the staff were beautiful cooperative and prompt. food was tasty and mesmerizing. price little on higher side. room was quite safe and nice. it is absolutely 5 on 5. only thing that hesitates me to rate 5 instantly only because hotel doesn't give any discount to sr citizen and hope hotel management must think on it

Hotel City Park is one of the best properties to stay in if you are looking to stay in Delhi city. Ladies on front desk are a bit rude. Rest all is excellent. Food is just great and service too. Gym and the trainer are best I have seen so far.

My parents (senior citizens) stayed here for my dad's treatment at a nearby hospital. the staff are not friendly and it takes multiple reminders over telephone to get everything done. the rooms have very basic amenities so it's not value for money. the restaurant fails to follow clear instructions about dietary requirements and it takes 2-3 iterations to get a correct order. overall, this was a disappointment and an overpriced one.

I stayed in this property for 1 night, room sizes were too small and also, these guys kept on calling for payment in 1 minute ( 10 times ), despite telling it will be done in half hour. Very impatient staff and poor service.

Room was given around 3pm no management . Desk staff was very rude . I was with 2 infants below 1 year . But the staff was still so much rude n didnt even make the room ready . Worst Hotep
