Dear Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka Management Team, ​I am writing to commend your property on the exceptional rooms and the great, attentive service provided by your staff during our recent stay. We were highly impressed with the level of hospitality in these aspects. ​However, I must register a strong and formal complaint regarding the quality of the vegetarian cuisine. As a strict vegetarian, the dining experience was severely below the standard expected of a hotel of Vivanta's reputation and pricing, and frankly, ruined our overall stay. We genuinely suffered due to the consistently poor quality of the vegetarian offerings. ​The food was often unappetizing, bland, and poorly prepared, failing to meet basic culinary standards. ​I urge the Food & Beverage department to conduct an immediate and thorough review of the vegetarian menu, kitchen preparation, and quality control. Given the market, the current offering is unacceptable and limits your appeal to a large segment of travelers. ​I expect an acknowledgment of this formal complaint and a clear outline of the corrective actions that will be taken to ensure future vegetarian guests do not face this level of disappointment. ​Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious matter. ​

Stay was comfortable, rooms are very spacious and food was very delicious, front staff and all staff very friendly and attentive Swimming pool area also very comfortable for kids very good property to stay

Stayed for one day with parents.The staff was exceptional at the front desk(Mr.Sahil) as well as the room service and restaurant.The hotel has the much talked about TATA hospitality ingrained into its staff.

The staff at the reception is super kind . Food is excellent. But the room was so so stinky . Smelling of seepage., including the mattress This was a major turn off .

The guest services were late. The food had a strand of hair. Rooms had a smell and were not exchanged even after so many request. A policy for pool without having costumes is very illogical.

we had a pleasant stay at Vivanta.Everything was good from food to amenities n service was top notch.would highly recommend it.

The cocktail was great, the room was good, they upgraded us for free which was a big plus. Location was good. Overall, very nice hotel. 9/10

Maintenance was going on due to which hammer noise was coming straight from top of our room which was very disturbing. Breakfast was also horrible.

Check in waiting too long(1hr).... Lobby staff not helpful. Attitude problem..not hiven welcome brinks. Properly is very old. Poor experience.
