RECEPTION EXPERIENCE Our Check Inn & Check Out Experience Was Good Staff Atul Handled us So well, They also gave of token of love marble statue on my wife birthday. ROOM EXPERIENCE Room Is Good And Spacious, Overall Experience was Good. IN ROOM DINING In room dining experience was not good. Food is delay upto 50 minutes, Food was ,Cold Not cost worthy quantity. Staff Shobit behaviour is good HOUSE KEEPING Housekeeping staff AMISHA is good, Cleaned Room So Well and take care of all anemities, No issue of security, calm behaviour BAGGI EXPERIENCE All Baggi Staff was good but i specally mention staff who ran baggi no. 20. He gave us complete resort tour with so much details. RESTAURANT TIRI & JAVITRI EXPERIENCE Great Experience Food Was good and so much variety Separate Veg, Non veg section Rajasthani Thali Taste was good Restaurant Staff Gulshan,Neha, Manvinder, Surender, Madan take care of all requirements. Staff Gulshan also arrange cake for my wife at restaurant tiri. STAFF RAJINA arrange packed food for us on day of check out for travel. RESORT EXPERIENCE Resort is full of greenary and gardens Amphitheatre Jharna Garden is major attraction Highly Recommended For All.

Very nice. In fact value for money. Staff is very cooperative. Even we had official meeting at upper restaurant area with complete silence on request and beautiful hills and greenery around. Garden side room was very spacious and ultra clean. Check in & check out process was very pleasant and flexible. Electric Buggy services are very convenient and prompt. Room was Upgraded on request without any hesitation. Reception staff was very welcoming. Mr. Bhavani, Sandeep and everyone given us very good service with nice food variety. Breakfast area & the food quality is next level. After meeting & dinner our guest cancelled their another booking and stayed in Taj property only. Overall our experience was fantastic. There is so much to enjoy and experience in the property that one day stay is not enough. One should stay at least for two days to experience and enjoy most of things offered by the Taj Resort & Spa. Looking forward to visit again.

Great food , Great property , helpful staff , they gave us free upgrade to ground floor room , our child got stomach ache , their staff got medicines for our child , staff like Gulshan ji and a bengali hostess ( whose name I have forgotten & Neha ji were really helpful

The staff was friendly. Suraj and kamal both are doing best. "Expected more from Taj arawali. The room was small, and the amenities were limited. no complimentary refreshments.they don’t do special things like birthday celebrations "

It was a memorable trip. Food was good. Property was awesome. So neat clean. It was full of trees with swimming pool for kids. Just loved the property. Would definitely visit again.

The whole experience was very good. There are special mentions Gulshan Jha in the F&B department of Taj Aravali, very good hospitality by this man.
