They gave us a complimentary upgrade to aravalli suite instead of garden suite and the entire staff was very friendly

The hotel mentioned themselves as per friendly but there was no single bowl also available for their water. We have to carry all necessary things for our pet. The only facility what we can say as pet friendly is that they allow them to stay with you in rooms.

Stayed in RAAS devigarh for a night in March 2023, very warm welcome with rose petals showering, welcome drink and hotel tour… rooms were spacious and well organised…palace tour arranged by the hotel which was mesmerising.. breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing…I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel…I will certainly be staying here again..😊😊

Raas devigarh is a must stay property. They define what hospitality means literally, i am always amazed how each time i visit udaipur and find the level of hospitality increases every time.

The resort is very wellaintaoned and the staff is extremely friendly. A trip around the palace is a must. Highlight is the heated jacuzi and the sunset views

Magnificent location, staff was very polite and eager to assist, good service. Property well maintained and cleanliness is great. This is a heritage property which gives u a feel of a guest house besides a railway station. The stay doesn’t know the meaning of hospitality. At breakfast they give u 4 small pieces when asked for a fruit plate. The owner is as poor by heart as the staff.
