Terrible experience, Not a pool villa

Please don't advertise this as a pool villa, because it was certainly not. A larger jacuzzi at best. The pool was filthy, management didn't do anything to clean the pool. The filtration system of pool was not working. Moreover, ac of room was also not working, they took 3 hours to change the room. I will not recommend this resort.

Our pool is cleaned and maintained daily, and most of our guests appreciate our efforts in maintaining high standards of hygiene and upkeep. However, we regret that your experience did not reflect this and will certainly review the matter with our team. Regarding the AC issue, we acknowledge the inconvenience and apologize for the delay in resolving it. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we arranged a room change due to a technical fault. familyProperty is well located in lake side with wonderful wiev, well maintained, clean, lots of greenery, room' are big clean with clean toilet and amenities, good resturant and good food, property have bar, playing area, gym, good pool, staff is very polite and friendly, very good place for family and kids
