Only out side views nice bedroom interior quality very poor some where wall paper and paint damaged cleaning wise very poor door lock not work proper private garden is very dirty Regards

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Perfect location and great service made the experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay!

hidden jem in Udaipur away from urban chaos on udaisagar lake.. Resort location is amazing it's a wonderful location on the edge of lake nice food nice stay nice and cooperative staff

The property is located quite far from the main city, though conveniently close to the airport as mentioned. However, it didn’t live up to the Luxury tag. The room itself was good, but we had to request basic amenities like bath towels, hand towels, and bathrobes, which should have been provided by default. Dinner and breakfast were average and didn’t match the expectations for a luxury stay. Overall, a decent experience but not truly up to the promised luxury standards.

The experience seemed restrictive in terms of enjoying the view or strolling by the lake. Also. The property doesn't allow boating for guests, it's only for the owners.. I didn't like that. Food was good.. Staff behaviour was good.. The rooms all have Christian names on the door Instead of numbers

Stay was good but the restaurent and food quality was not good. This is not 5 star properly, if I consider food and restaurent category then this is 3 star property.

Location of the property is very good. U got a very good lake view. Food is very delicious, especially their head shef took extra efforts to do something special for guest. Overall it was a very good experience.

Stunning Location approachable through National Highway with an amazing lake side view and perfect rooms.

Very dirty property.. lots of seepage in the room , drainage issue in the washroom.. worst property i ever seen.. It's a worst property. Lots of seepage in the hotel in the room and there's a drainage issue when you are not taking shower. The water is not going frequently and there's a drainage problem in the washbasins as well unhygienic Hotel. It's really really unhygienic and the worst property I ever seen.

This property should immediately stop calling itself a 5-star resort — it is nowhere close. The place is severely broken down, poorly maintained, and shockingly untidy. Customer service is appalling. They don’t even provide the most basic amenities like hand towels, face towels, or pool towels — you literally have to beg for them, and half the time you still won’t get any. For a so-called "luxury resort," this is unacceptable. The electricity cuts off every 5 minutes, and when it rains, the ceilings and walls start leaking. The bathrooms are strictly average at best — nothing close to what you’d expect for the price and promises. The only two saving graces here are the food and the view, which barely make up for the complete disaster of everything else.

Pathetic service, cleanness and food quality. One should visit this place only if you have extremely high wish of staying nearby lake & Mountain View and not expecting any cleanness, room amenities & food quality and variety.

Wonderful stay, staff is very helpful. Resort have play room for kids. Resort is attached to udaisagar lake. View is awesome from every part of hotel. Food is delicious.

The property is good, it has a superb location with the swimming pool facing the lake but cleanliness is a challenge. Overall hotel is not maintained well. Food is fine.
