We had to wait 30–45 minutes just to check in. The staff apologized for the delay and mentioned an upgrade, but the room we received was exactly the same as what we had booked. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and although we reported it at the reception, the issue was never resolved. The room interiors were also very poor; even 3-star hotels have far better standards. Our booking included a complementary cookie plate but was never delivered. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
