It's not a 4star hotel. Avoid it

First and foremost, it's not a 4 star hotel, its not even 2 star. Very poorly maintained property, there were cockroaches, the tv was broken, ac was just showing temprature but not cooling the room. Room was damp, musky and bed has stains. No hot water when asked, the reception said the heater broke on the same day. Breakfast was not good at all, no options. If i had the opportunity i would have cancel-led the booking. One of the worst hotels i have stayed at in recent times.

Do better and match your original standards

I have stayed here early due to convenience of the location and because it was a nice facility, well maintained. But was disappointed with the facility this time around. Poor maintenance of the rooms (very dingy, shabby pillows and bed covers, breakfast definitely needs to be better (keep it simple but hot) internet they had an issue (location had an issue) only saving grace was the staff was nice and helpful and did their best to help and make it comfortable for us. Hopefully it is a one off case !
