The staff were super friendly and comfortable to reach out, the room was clean and they worked on my request to decorate the room, food was good with multi cuisine options, just a tad dissatisfied with the fact that the pool was non operational and they did not mention that at the time of the booking. Overall great stay enjoyed my time here.

The stay was good, the room was also good. In the breakfast, I was not happy because many items were cold, like momos and fried potatoes. Rest, I like the stay and would prefer the same Hyatt Regency Gurgaon next time also. And I will prefer other friends also.

Good Stay

The property is large and beautiful with wide variety of breakfast, dinner, and lunch to offer. Rooms are pretty old but neat and clean. There is a large variety of food that has good taste and is worth the money. Restaurant and staff are really helpful.
