Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and had a largely positive experience! The rooms were fantastic – super comfortable and spotless, exactly what you want for a relaxing stay. Cafe G was a hit with its delicious food and great service, I really enjoyed my meals there. A huge shoutout to the entire support staff; everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly, making everything from start to finish very smooth. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, quick and efficient. There were just a couple of things that weren't ideal. At the Connexions bar, one waiter was a bit too inquisitive, and it felt like his questions crossed a line, making the interaction quite awkward. My biggest letdown was the pool. There were a lot of outside visitors, and honestly, they made it feel like their private club. As a Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel guest, it felt like we were intruding, and there was absolutely no sense of privacy or relaxation. It really dampened the pool experience. Overall, though, the Crowne Plaza Gurgaon excels in its rooms, food, and most of its service, and I'd still recommend it, just be aware of the pool situation.

Hi...I would surely like to share my reviews about my experience....the food was delicious...outstanding..I have tasted almost every cuisine and was amazed....the location was easily accessible and beautiful...my room view was mind-blowing ..and all facilities were upto the mark ..one concern I would like to raise that my son had some allergy and I went down to reception to get some basic allergy medc...but somehow she didn't refuse ..she was concerned but having not available at the Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel was was my bit concern ...and that too in wee hours....and rest everything was superb..I would surely come back...and expect a better deal for my spl occassions ...like this tym...I had celebrated my wife's 40 birthday ...and would consider coming back maybe on my wedding anniversary or something like that ...lets have a better association in future..thank u

My stay at Crowne Plaza Gurgaon was phenomenal, with luxurious room, exceptional service, and top-notch facilities. The ambiance is elegant, the bed heavenly, and the staff incredibly attentive. The gym, pool, and spa are fantastic, and the location is perfect for business or leisure. However, in-room breakfast disappointed—the paranthas were too salty, and the dosa was soggy, which I didn’t expect from a 5-star Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram,an IHG Hotel at this price.

Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. From check in to check out everything was smooth. They were kind enough to give us free upgrade as we book non smoking room bcz we were travelling with a 5 month old but they upgraded our room to meet our requirements. And the food was amazing. From IRD to breakfast buffet everything was excellent.

I like the big rooms and beautiful decor .the rooms were clean.staff were cooperative and room service was quick.breakfast was tasty all varieties were there .so no cons from my side.there was no welcome drink I really suggest to add.the property is beautiful.

Stay was nice and comfortable. We got a free upgrade of room as well. The breakfast buffet had good variety and every dish was delicious. Hospitality was great.

Stayed for 3 nights during business related travel. Property retains the charm of of 5 * in every aspect and getting better in customer experience with time.
