The rooms were very small for two people to stay for one day or for a family to stay. Overall the experience was good, quick service and good breakfast.

Excellent stay. I am a regular at Holiday Inn Racecourse Road. The food, cleanliness, swift actions upon any requests. Makes my work travel very easy and comforting. The Hospitality staff at reataurant deserves a 10/10.

The rooms were a bit smaller than i had expected as the amount of money i paid was not proportional to the room size. The breakfast had very good options and was delicious. The service and hospitality was also good.

The property location and food is very good and even facilities are also much better compared to other star hotels.

Location and service excellent, but food quality is not up to the mark and also room and bathrooms so congested.

I did not get my desired booking regardless of booking in advance ... when I reach hotel they told me they are fully booked only whats available I will get 🤷‍♀️

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 days for our mini-moon and it was exactly what we needed - relaxing, comfortable, and stress-free. The service was excellent from start to finish and the food was fantastic. One of the highlights was the pool which offered amazing views of the turf. Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and we’re so glad we chose this hotel for our post-wedding getaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful enjoyable escape.

The room was clean and spacious, and the service was good overall, except at the Glass Kitchen restaurant. We ordered a combo item costing around ₹700, which included one appam (bread). The server asked if we wanted extra bread, and we ordered three more. Shockingly, the cost of just those three appams came to nearly ₹1,000—more than the actual dish itself. We understand it’s a 5-star resort, but this kind of pricing

Really disappointed. Whole night was fire alarm sirens. Could not sleep and next entire day was disappointing due to lack of sleep.

The property is at prime location. Found it clean. Much recommended 👍
