we stayed here for my wifes birthday, everything was perfect, specially the hospitality, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable

This is one of the beautiful property of Taj, I really enjoyed my stay. It feels like you are not in city but in forest. Food is also tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Had an awesome staycation. Heritage and nature well preserved.calm and pleasant stay.We had a la carte dinner at MATCHAN restaurant,felt all the meat served were frozen (mutton,prawns,fish).Felt they were not fresh and dishes taste were not up to mark. The break fast buffet was the best and superb,wide range of menu and worth it. A very special thanks to house keeping team especially Santhosh and Balaji ,We were luck to comeacross them, they were so humble and kind to take us a stroll around the property and also took us some good photos.They have experience of +10 years working in that place. It was the best part of the stay.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Taj West End, which fell far short of the standards one would expect from a property of your repute. I had booked a Heritage Wing room via the MakeMyTrip app, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the room allotted to me bore little resemblance to the images shown online. It was not only smaller than what I had paid for, but also lacked the elegance and space that was advertised. To add to the discomfort, I noticed cockroaches in the balcony area, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. I immediately contacted reception to report this issue, but no action was taken during the course of my stay. Furthermore, I checked in around 6:00 PM, and to my surprise, I received a call at 8:00 PM the same evening asking when I would be checking out the next day. The tone and pressure of that call were unsettling and left me feeling extremely unwelcome. To make matters worse, at around 1:30 AM, I was abruptly disturbed by someone knocking on my door to deliver coffee, which I had never requested. This unexpected and alarming intrusion in the middle of the night was extremely distressing and completely unacceptable. Given the series of unpleasant events — from hygiene concerns and service lapses to the breach of privacy late at night — I had no choice but to cut short my stay and check out the same night around 2:30 AM. This entire experience was not only disappointing but also left me with a strong sense of regret for having chosen Taj West End. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and investigate these incidents thoroughly. I would also appreciate a response regarding the inconvenience and service shortcomings I faced. Had a fantastic experience at Taj West End, Bangalore. The location is a hidden gem—right in the city but feels like you're in a tranquil garden. Breakfast buffet was top-notch, . The service was warm and attentive throughout. Rooms are spacious and elegant, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Great place for a peaceful getaway or even a work trip. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Taj West End, Bangalore to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was memorable in many ways. The property is a beautiful green oasis in the heart of the city — serene, lush, and well-maintained. The peaceful environment truly sets it apart, though it was quite crowded during our visit, reflecting how popular and busy the hotel is. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Varsha for the sweet gesture of placing a chocolate cake and a small bouquet in our room to mark our special occasion — it was thoughtful and added a lovely personal touch. Housekeeping was excellent, with staff being attentive and prompt. The gym is clean and well-equipped, ideal for maintaining your fitness routine during the stay. We found the à la carte food to be very good, with flavorful dishes and efficient service. In contrast, the buffet was just okay — it could benefit from more variety and refinement. The front office team was decent. property was too crowded on weekends.

Stayed here for a short trip and honestly it was better than I expected! Had a really pleasant stay! The location was convenient, close to everything we needed. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the food was surprisingly good too. Definitely a great value for the price. Would love to come back again!

I stayed there to celebrate my 20th marriage anniversary. The team at Taj Westend is amazing. I had booked 2 Taj Club rooms for my family. The hospitality was the best ever. I went to all restaurants and they among the best in Bangalore.

The room was stinking and we had requested to shift our room, instead they used sir freshener and dehumidifier. The restaurant had terrible food, we were made to wait for 45 mins. Just a disappointing experience.
