Taj The Trees Mumbai

The TV was not working. They were charging the TV system to a single remote and had a lot of glitches. Also restaurants were packed with outside visitors forcing us to order room service

Had a pleasant stay at Taj Trees from 19th to 21st Oct. The pool was soothing, breakfast was absolutely scrumptious, and the rooms were spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

As the name justifies.."wah taj" Our staycation and birthday special stay on 24th oct was excellent 👌👍 food,rooms,view and service were world class. We would love to visit again and recommend others too.

So the thing is that there were a lot of mosquitoes and insect in the hotel and I think it was a bed bug or it was an insect. I don't know what, but one of my family members a child got an bad mosquito bite reaction on her entire body and in the middle of the night We had to call up the reception and ask them to get a medicine for allergy because of the insect situation and also the Wi-Fi was not working almost throughout the day on the first day of our check-in, so that was also really disappointing and a lot of things that were missing in the room that we had called the concierge multiple times for, but there was no revert because the hotel was very busy. You know that is the reason that one of the people gave us there, but I mean it's a 5 star hotel right we still expect good hospitality, but we were a little disappointed on that front. So I want to request for a refund and I had also requested for this at the time of check out, but again they were too busy and everything was taking so much of time and my cab was already waiting. So then I just left, and I thought that I will give my genuine feedback.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the high standards that I have come to associate with the Taj brand. During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my visit. Firstly, the infinity pool, which was one of the main attractions for our stay, had a concerning presence of Crows and Pigeons in the water. This made it unhygienic and not conducive to a relaxing experience. Hence we did not use it. Despite bringing this to the attention of the reception, no action was taken. Just a sorry was served. Additionally, when I attempted to use the bathtub in my room, I discovered that it was leaking, which further detracted from our comfort and enjoyment. Infinity Pool and Bathtub were the two main reasons why we booked with this hotel. However i couldn't use both.

Good Location, awesome service by Taj Trees Team. The breakfast was awesome. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Took care of us very nicely

Excellent property, nice spacious rooms in green surroundings. The view from the rooms of the mangrove side is fabulous. The food is extremely delicious. The buffet spread is awesome- Breakfast, lunch as well as dinner. Overall one more tastefully created Taj property. Highly recommended

the room had some nice views including the infinity pool view . but i didn’t personally liked the breakfast. the price is value for money for the room

It's always Wah Taj Taj never disappoints. From the moment their team greeted us at the station and ensured we were comfortably seated, to our final checkout, everything was seamless. Taj's hospitality remains unmatched.

The food was okay as we had opted for Dinner option the pasta and pizza were not cooked properly the room WiFi or the Yaj Inner circle WiFi was not up to the mark as the property was not having proper cellular network and the room window was full of moisture and not clear need to improve as per the brand and charges

We went for a staycation as a birthday celebration. The property was amazing and the staff catered to all my special requests. We especially enjoyed the food so much that we recommended it to our friends just for the food. The room was awesome and overall our stay was memorable.

Really lovely property overlooking the green mangroves. Great time to visit would be the monsoon season. Good food and dining services as well.

My wife’s birthday was made absolutely unforgettable by the incredible staff at Taj the trees. From the moment we checked in, everyone went above and beyond to ensure her special day was perfect.The surprise room decoration and a thoughtful cake along with our family photo frame absolutely made her day.Room was really good with a breathtaking view special mention to Jasmeet who was kind enough to upgrade us to a mangrove facing room and went out of her way to make my wife’s birthday special 😊. The service was impeccable and the entire experience was seamless.Thank you Taj the trees, for making our celebration so memorable,we can’t wait to return !

The property is amazing, you can spend great time enjoying in open pool with amazing spreads. The staff is very polite and welcoming making sure all the guest has great experience and stay.
