ICONIQA Hotel, Mumbai International Airport

Booked twin bed room. Mattress was not good; it led to upper back pain. Rest all was ok. Hospitality was good.

A good hotel, but the service can be better. Despite booking a two-night stay, they kept calling me after the first night to check-out and deactivated the key card several times.

Good Location and food. Some welcome amenities in the room for steaming and drying clothes. Poor service, unhealthy beds

The stay was good and comfortable. It’s located just besides T2 Terminal of Mumbai airport. The highlight of the Hotel is Bombay Swim Club it has one of the best views of Airport and pool is beautiful.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and I would rate my stay as average. I found the attitude of reception staff at the time of check-in or check-out very cold. Generally, I find such behavior of hotel staff in Mumbai. I feel service and work attitude has gone down in comparison to my stay in September. The only good point they score is on food. Food is unmatched - great food. This is an honest review. Thanks

The stay was amazing very good hospitality amazing staff very kind and helpful the room were very clean and upto the mark and the food was good and best part is we can order food in the middle of the night!! I would love to visit again!!

it was great stay with this Hotel , interior & food quality are up to expectation .Breakfast with multiple option on healthy food like fresh juice & millet items make it more convenient

While the property is new and conveniently located, I found the staff to be rude & not ready to accept their mistake. We had opted for Room + Breakfast and paid accordingly, but still we were told that the breakfast is not included in our booking. We were not allowed to have breakfast, even though we had paid for it.

Property is located near airport, the food quality and amenities were also good, the service side needs improvement. There was no moisturiser in the room, had to request separately, on the 2nd day after cleaning the room, there was no towels in the root, and on the 3rd day they didn’t even clean my room, even though I requested it in the morning while leaving the hotel

I recently stayed at Iconiqa Hotel Mumbai and had a comfortable experience. The hotel's location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The amenities, such as the gym and spa, were a great bonus. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Mumbai.

Food was good, location is good. But general upkeep is poor- broken shampoo bottle, water bottles with dysfunctional caps, no proper tv channel subscriptions, dysfunctional phone in room, gadgets in room with no use instructions or guidance, shower with irregular flow, small sized beds, insufficient seating near reception.

Brand new hotel , very customer centric Latest features in the room , i loved the LG smart closet which can get your clothes clean and press in the room

Nice rooms with amazing breakfast. Nitesh was courteous and helpful with checkout process. Room is equipped with smart steamer.

The people were really nice. It’s a new property so it was really clean and all. The food was pretty good as well. Minibar was complementary which I really liked.
