Rooms were really good & spacious. Food was also worthy but the entrance and ambience need some work. Moreover, the staff should need to get bit more hospitable to the customers. But overall it was nice experience as the location was good and approachable around.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned—there were visible stains, dust, and an unpleasant smell that made it difficult to relax. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning correctly, and despite notifying the staff, the problems were not resolved during my stay. Customer service was another major concern. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and I often felt ignored when I requested assistance. Communication was poor, and I did not feel valued as a guest at any point. Overall, my stay was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I expected a much higher level of service and cleanliness. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others, nor would I choose to stay here

staffs lack training and very unresponsive. Simple request like an extra chair for club room was turned down. Check in and check out both took hell lot of time. GOT A FLY THE TEA SERVED

this hotel is very unhygienic and they say it is 4 star but the hotel hygiene and cleanliness is not even seems to be 2 star category. very much dissatisfied with the whole experience, none of their rooms where like 4star cleanliness. they don't even have the proper staff for cleaning, even their common wash room is uncleaned, we were even feeling pathetic to touch the wash basin taps

It was not worth price , there was no cleanliness . The staff was also very slow. Washrooms were also not hygienic

The stay was average, or I'll say okay-ish because I just had to stay over for 1 night only, but accordingand the pictures posted on the site, there's a huge difference, the hotel rooms don't look like the ones in the pictures, I'd like to suggest to upload current pictures for the rooms as well as the hotel property.

hotel is ok but inspite of various request door lock was not working.everytime ask to reception for open the door.two days stay was not good experience

In my room toilet seat was broken Towels were soiled No Hot water after 8pm Paneer was artificial And food was very costly Did not speak English Doors was not closing automatically

Location is in very busy full of traffic area , breakfast was less items, you can say 3* property

The property location is good with good connectivity and main attractions nearby. Food and service was also nice especially the valet & parking Room lighting, AC sound and washroom infra - To be improved

Comfortable stay. Service is also good. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was another plus point — close to the main market and just 10 minutes from the railway station, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The in-house restaurant served fresh and tasty meals. The breakfast buffet had a good variety — from South Indian dishes to continental items. I especially enjoyed the paneer tikka and fresh juices. Room service was prompt, and the food quality matched restaurant standards. Room service 24 hours. Swimming Pool was also clean.

through MMT, and always book my stay with MMT. Good Experience. Food, location and services are always found better in my experience. I always preferred my domestic stay with your team.

It was a great experience. The staff were very cooperative. Food was good. The room was also clean.

The rooms are average. I booked 4 rooms with king bed but 2 rooms had single beds joined together instead of a king bed. 1 of the rooms had a broken window and we could hear all the traffic noise loud n clear. Only 1 room had a working ventilation fan in the washroom. Inhouse water bottle caps had rust and fungus. I can definitely find a better place for the price I paid.

very horrible.highly disorganiswd staff, no amenities provided in deluxe room as mentioned, leaking shower, only hot water in bathroom, incomplete crockery sent for breakfast in room, provided biscuits with tea only once out of three times, we requested for room change bur not much improvement, very bad pillows
