Flush was not working properly. Fan was generating a lot of noise while running. Room was not properly cleaned while I stayed 2 nights. No mineral water, towels and couch in the room. Fridge and Geyser was not working.

Not worth the money spent

Except location everything was quite bad about this property. Basics like water geysers were not working properly, washroom buckets were broken, blankets were not clean/ fit to use, even after asking them to rectify these multiple times there was no one to listen guest’s complaints. Hotel staff’s behaviour was not polite towards the guests.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean rooms and a welcoming ambiance. The staff was courteous and helpful, making the experience enjoyable overall. However, there were a couple of minor issues during my stay. The tv in the room was not functioning, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, one of the power sockets was not working, limiting charging options for devices. While these issues did not significantly impact my stay, addressing them would enhance the overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the comfort and service provided make it a decent choice for travelers. Would consider staying again if improved.

when we reached there they said we haven't got your room ready and gave us a smelly room and i aaked receptionist why this and he started to argue with me like " room toh de rah e apko" i am like free de rah e ho kya. Receptionist was very rude. Our mattress was not cleaned we asked them to change. Overall it's bad experience room wise and staff wise
