Hotel Singh Palace

No educate light Bathroom door don't have lock Air-conditioning was not working.....even after complain....not shift to Ac room. Peon....was handling the hotel.... Owner doesn't know any thing... Horrible stay

Okk so first of all we reached early mrng so even after the availability of room they denied to give the early checkin and asked for 100 rs per hour for early checkin hours after an argument they agreed to give early. Checkin saying that the charges are very low for stay. So we said is that our fault that your stay charges are low? Ok so after checkin no towel no soup no drinking water was provided even they charged for the drinking water and the sink of washroom didn’t have the drain pipe so whenever we used the sink the water used to fall on our feet no geezer in the washroom we had to take bath with cold water only in winters and only one switch board in the room which was used by TV so for even charging we had to remove the TV thn charge and only one dim light was available overall it wasnt the room and facilities which they have mentioned worst hotel experience ever non co operative staff no proper facilities provided

no service. & no breakfast available. refund my money of breakfast ASAP very poor service. not recommended

bakbas hotel whatever they mentioned in facility nothing was there. pine ka pani bhi aapko kharid kr hi pine ko milega dustbin toiletry product kuch bhi available nhi tha

The room was decent only and the size was small ac was not working toothpaste was not provided nor brush complementary breakfast was also not provided it was the worst part of my experience even after extra charge they didn’t provide us breakfast

There were multiple problems: 1. The blanket cover was very dirty and unhygienic. I paid extra for early checkin even then the mattress was not changed. 2. The shower was not working properly and it was not possible to take shower. 3. The toilet flush broke down and it was smelly in the entire room. 4. The mattress spring was broken and not comfortable for sleeping. 5. I have booked a room with breakfast but the hotelier mentioned that there is no breakfast facility. Later they reluctantly provided little poha. In short, it is not a hotel. The facilities are not equivalent to any local dharamshala.

Room size was good but pillows and bedsheet was smelling. Staff behaviour was nice overall ok in this price range

Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel was not as pleasant as expected. The room was not as clean as i would have liked, and the service at the restaurant was slow. Additionally, the noise level in the hallways was quite disruptive at night. I hope you can take these issues into consideration for future guests.

A very good budget hotel. Staff is courteous. Rooms are clean. Overall comfortable stay. Stay is without any inconvenience

Room were not clean. They gave us used bedsheets and old dirty blankets. Washroom were not clean. Smell of cigarette and cigarette buds in the room and washroom.

Rooms are good for stay purpose. Also the hotel is near to bus station and railway station which provides greater connectivity

There were no amenities as mentioned at the time of booking. Like no wifi, no fresh cleaned bedsheet, rooms stink badly with cigarette smoke , no room freshener, totally not as it looks in picture. take money from you and next day at the time of check out, when customers ask for bill then you'll get to know that the receptionist has left the job. So be careful while paying anything to the receptionist or any staff any amount before check out. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you're planning to visit Jaipur. Especially if you're a married couple. This is good for those who wants to use this as a OYO hotel ( bedsheet/ blanket & washroom will clearly indicates this) or bachelor's who come to enjoy their drink with friends. Overall a worst experience in this hotel which ruined the trip to Jaipur.

I hv stayed here with my family and no issue very good service provided by hotel attendee and feel very good at the room

Please don't stay in this hotel. I have achieved a terrible experience out there. Hotel staff hospitality is very dissatisfactory, cleaning, pantry all are workless. You will be served tea and breakfast in broken untidy and broken utensils.

Electricity was not there in the room for whole night, faced lots of problems. Ac was not functioning. Wathroom sink waterlogged. Flies in the bedroom and washroom.

Ac was not working in room, bathroom door unable to close, overall ambience was not good of room.

Ac was not working, poor hygiene, asked for dustbin but they didn’t provide. Location is too far they didn’t even provide proper location on google.

The stay in the hotel was pathetic. Let me start with the pros of this hotel first as it will take less time because there is nothing to tell about the pros. Now i come to the cons part- poor furniture quality unhygienic bathroom room was untidy room full of cockroaches stains on bedsheet poor room service curtains were having patches od cigarette burns tubelight was not working room was smelling i would make sure that in future i will not use mmt for my hotel bookings. Go and do some on ground inspections of the hotels u guys recommend. They are not at all like the ones as shown in pocture and 0 hygiene level is there. Poor experience.
