The Raj Palace by Small Luxury Hotels of the World

I have stayed in so many luxury properties but i dont give review. This one I am reviewing bcs its underrated. This place is amazing! Near to everything and still far from traffic. Hospitality and staff is amazing. Everyone goes extra miles to comfort you. They allowed very early checkin and also didn’t charge for extra tea. Room n all other amenities are top notch. And this is still own by raj family.

The hotel gm called one day before the trip to ask if we can shorten the stay because she wanted to accommodate the wedding. After denying this, we were downgraded a room from what we had booked and were given a room with no lift access on 4th floor on a very shady corner with 0 ventilation. This has to be the worst 5 star experience i ever had. The property looks good and the staff is friendly, but overall the management is very poor and too arrogant

The property is excellent and stay was also good. But the receptionist refused to provide the bill with the gst. Every hotel gives the bill with the gst mentioned. Only raj palace refused to give the bill.

We had a great experience staying at the hotel. Though it was off season, we got the best of services. You can have a great staycation here. And the hotel is very close to the old city so that’s another advantage.

High recommendations to taj advantage of covid-19 days. Worth to stay at least once. Loved seeing d palace suit. The silver n gold things the heritage were still maintained. Food, staff service, huge rooms n kingdom's heritage are something i have not experienced better earlier. The cost is high which is worth to make it one of the best palace of jaipur to book for individual.

It was good experience in raj palace. I went for my anniversary. They upgraded the room and gave special gifts. They make me felt like a king. All staff was good. I have seen coslier room of asia also. Food was very good and tasty. It was served in good manner. Location is outstanding

The room was not up to The mark. The staff was really very good to help. The service was nice. The facilities and The amenities was really good in The hotel.

I wanted to take a Royal feel to stay in an old property, but on the arrival they had given two different rooms that too in basement one room was good but the other which was given to my parents were worst, washroom was not worth of that even our washroom was not that as shown in pics. The washroom and rooms am attaching the pic was not that worth no windows no view.

The raj palace made us feel and treated like ROYALTY. The reception was good followed by quick check in. Mr. Arvind nair and manager looked after all our need promptly. Food was superp. Dinning area decor can keep us spellbound. The central chandelier is a masterpiece. Breakfast server was helthy and tasty.

A great welcome. A beautiful building. Some surprises for a such hotel: 2 pairs of women slippers, too small for me. No shower gel nor shampoo in the bath room, No soundproofing, we hear all noises from the street throughout windows and air vents. The price is much too high for the delivery offered by this hotel. I will never return there.

I celebrated by 10th anniversary at The Raj Palace and whole experience was awesome. Unmatchable rooms and hospitality. Truly a palace. I was upgraded to Suite which had mind blowing ambiance. The palace is situated away from city
