We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this hotel! The property is exceptionally well-maintained, with spotless rooms and neatly made, clean bedding every day. The staff provided excellent service throughout, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The in-house restaurant served tasty food, though the menu options were somewhat limited. However you can also order food via Swiggy and Zomato for more variety. We appreciated the complimentary packaged water with every meal, plus 500ml bottled water per person daily. The only drawbacks were the location—about 5-6 km from major attractions like the City Palace and Hawa Mahal—and the scarcity of dining options nearby. Overall, a great choice for comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended if you're okay with a slightly out-of-the-way spot!

At Royal Rawal stay, the stay rooms were very good and clean. Since it was a new property (as informed by the person at the reception) it had the space for refrigerator but no refrigerator was present. Another good thing about the stay was the hotel room and service, which was really good. Also, MMT provided me with free upgrade on breakfast and 20% discount on food and beverages was an add on to our benefits and premium stay. However, the buffet had less variety in terms of number of items but nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Thank You ☺️

The stay was not that great at rawal, they did not provide use with the amenities mentioned and there was powercut issue constantly. I won’t visit it again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean. The staff were friendly and gladly accommodated our request for an early check-in. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing juice and water — a thoughtful touch, especially considering how hot it gets in Jaipur. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We booked a room for 3 persons and were promised told a second bed. Instead we were provided a mattress without a separate bed. As a result one person was forced to sleep on the floor. We feel cheated and demand a refund.

Location wise hotel is good but in residential area, overall my stay is good but 1 thing which nobody mentioned is the parking space as they have limited space upto 3-4 cars only.

soloRooms are very compact and has no window or view of outside. There is no intercom in any room. Bath towels were soiled. There was no buffet in breakfast. At the time of check out hote couldn’t issue bill invoice and asking me to get it from makemytrip.
