Washrooms need maintainance. Water was clogging in both basin and bath area. Plus it was slippery with no mats..Welcome drink was not provided..Even newspaper was not available..Food in breakfast was generally cold. At best this is a 4 Star property. Staff is polite.

stay was horrible, room was stinking . there was no view from window although it was mentioned in booking that we will get city view. there was no carpet or proper flooring in the room. I vomited twice due to bad smell coming in the room. linen was used and clumsy also we after getting up early in the morning we had terrible marks on our skin.

Breakfast was delicious, service was excellent, staff was polite and helpful. The room, Premier room with bath tub was quite spacious and clean. One of the best things about the hotel is that it's close to the city center. Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal , Bapu bazar everything is close. we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The property is renovated, the staff is nice and the rooms are so much better well lit. The food is great and the chef keeps around to ask if something needs to be tweaked in the recipes. The spread is good. All in all a good stay look forward for next trip.

Property need renovations immediately. AC was not effective . Also feel they did ask me feedback when i was leaving the hotel and by this time my experience was already bad , hence they could not do any corrections to improve experience. if they could have asked after i checked in , it would have been better . Price was also high and it was not at all value for money

Location of the property is very nice. Food was very good. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was attentive. Overall very good experience with Lemon Tree.

Lemon Tree Premier, Jaipur mein hamara stay accha tha. Hotel modern aur comfortable hai, aur staff bhi kafi helpful the. Lekin, is hotel ke restaurant ka anubhav bahut hi nirashajanak tha. Khaas taur par, humne bache ke liye complimentary khichdi maangi thi, lekin kai baar instruction dene ke baad bhi ve hamare anusaar khichdi nahi bana paaye. Isse saaf pata chalta hai ki wahan khana aur service dono mein kami hai. Hotel mein stay to accha raha, par restaurant ke kharab experience ne hamari poori trip par thoda bura asar dala. Is hotel ke liye main 5 mein se 3. stars dunga.
