Excellent and relaxing stay. Very beautiful property, very caring staff. We were very well looked after. Food was amazing and I loved baati and laal maas at Jaipur Pavilion. Kadak chai and delicious breakfast was the highlight too in Jal Mahal. We were very well looked after by senior Porter Mr. Lalit who told us that he is going to retire in 8 months. People like Lalit ji are an asset to the organisation who have stayed and given their services for over more than 35 years. I would recommend and wish that he gets an extension. Shalu at the front office and Dharam ji at the Jal Mahal were equally warm. Rakesh ji in turn down services made sure we had everything in the room. Overall excellent experience. I would love to come back and stay here soon in the near future.

My experience and feedback: Pros: 1. Polite staff 2. Very good food, recommend sitting by the pool and relaxing. 3. Suite living space was small but useful for bag 4. Interior of the room was really nice. Cons: 1. Overcharged for drinks in the bar (Charged double, then couldn’t reverse the payment) 2. Phone slipped under the bed and noticed it was very dirty— developed an allergy at night and guessed that was the cause. 3. Service next to the pool is from room service- but there’s rarely any staff there so had to go to the coffee shop multiple times and there was some confusion between the members of staff.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, which made the experience even better. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the entire property is so beautiful and well-maintained. All the major tourist sites are located nearby, which made travelling super convenient. I also loved the buffet — great variety and delicious food. Highly recommend this ITC Rajputana - A Luxury Collection Hotel for a relaxed and hassle-free stay!

The location is average, but the staff and service were fabulous. The food quality was very good, and the rooms were clean with excellent bathrooms. The only downside is water wastage—especially in the showers, where the water flow is very high and around 60% gets wasted.
