Sheraton New Delhi

I had a truly delightful stay at the Sheraton New Delhi. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Every interaction, from check-in to room service, was marked by genuine hospitality and efficiency. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped. Dining options were excellent, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. The Sheraton New Delhi’s attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Excellent staff … courteous and professional…amazing food … good rooms and special thanks to Ms Richa at front office and Mr Rajesh and ms Drisha at pavilion for making our stay pleasant. I will definitely come again amd would love to recommend others too.

It was really excellent experience to stay in Sheraton it was my second stay and enjoyed a lot the breakfast was also amazing and rooms were neat and clean and front desk was very cooperative and ready to help all the time.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience staying at the Sheraton, I mean, who wouldn't want to deal with super prompt staff like Richa who totally didn't take forever to get our room ready way ahead of schedule.

Stay was great especially Sonam made it special for all of us . Everything was very good . I found the property on MMT, food was very good and memories and services were excellent

It was Great, check-in to check out process smooth. They entertained late check out request till 2:30 pm to us. Ambience was welcoming, enjoyed everything
