Poor Stay
Firstly the checkin formalities took ages. we were then sent to a smoking floor despite requesting a non smoking floor. had to come down for change and then got another room. our bags didn't come till another 2 hours which we had to remind them again ! room service was worse. pizza came in open without a cover and undercooked. pasta ordered spaghetti but they served penne. after above goof ups, youd think they would go out of their way to maybe compensate in some way, but no we were charged the full amount for all the food. property is good but the staff is very lax. food is shit. really sad stay.

Independence Day Vacation
Wonderful family vacation over the long weekend at Sheraton. Very helpful staff, good food at the in-house restaurants and close proximity to DLF/Select City Mall was an added bonus.
