Review Of Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Delhi-Gurugram Highway

Earlier this property was Hotel City Park now it is newly renovated and is WelcomHotel. Location is a bit off between the Delhi-Gurugram highway. Just crossing MCD toll opposite Ambience Mall. Many times cab drivers cancel the ride or are not able to understand the route. Stay was perfect and the breakfast spread was delicious. Staff was very helpful especially Swapnil who was at the front desk. I even enjoyed the spa service which was very relaxing. Although pool was a little small. Otherwise the property was great. Amenities were upto the mark. They even provided us with complimentary 500 gms chocolate cake on my birthday which was sweet. I enjoyed the stay.

Well, at least in terms of reception and providing support. Some of their staff is very good. But if you talk about service, they will take their own time you ask for it will take 15 minutes to come and then the biggest problem is location. You have to take from Gurgaon and the process is that it is very near to the airport. It is very clean Hotel, so that's a very good point about it.

Stay was good, but breakfast could have been much better. We booked for a specific category of room. But upon arrival we were told that its all full. They were kind to upgrade us to better room but the room they suggest was worst. Then they helped us with somewhat a better room

I had a great experience interacting with Aashish at the reception. He was polite, professional, and very helpful throughout. He greeted everyone with a warm smile and ensured all queries were handled efficiently. His calm demeanor and clear communication made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Aashish truly represents excellent front-desk service — keep up the great work!

ITC hotel is always a better option to compare other options. It's a very nice hotel and I am like it, and I recommend all.

WelcomHotel by ITC on Delhi Gurgaon Highway is a newest property by the group, started operations in Jan 2025 . Located opposite Ambience Mall Side on Delhi Gurgaon Highway (just after crossing MCD toll) on the border. My wife and I went there to celebrate our 6-month wedding anniversary. We informed the hotel and they moved heaven and earth to make it a perfect day - Bumping up to suite room with 🛁 bathtub, decoration on the room & bathroom with Tulips flower and rose petals and towel origami. Giving us an early check in. Providing us with a supper yummy chocolate cake 🎂 The politeness of the management team , especially Daffi and madma Kunju A were fabulous. Also zero noise from the expressway. Zero disturbance. The hotel is good with swimming pool, spa, gym, steam room. The breakfast spread was amazing 😍 - Pav bhaji, Poori Bhaji, Live Dosa, Aloo Paratha, Waffles, etc Many more things and the real generous servers - Aniket & Prashant. We went to cyber hub hardly took 12 mins each way Loved the hotel PS - They have an excellent welcome drink - Highway Shikanji PPS - We stayed on Independence Day week they decorated the Dosa chutney in 15 August theme.

front desk staff incompetent, took ages to give the invoice and even then gave an information invoice and not the final. they seem uninterested in actually helping the customer. The room.cleaning staff was not good. The food and rooms are fine.

Overall experience very good. Helpful staff and good food option. Rooms were very good but bathroom small.

Me and wife stayed from 09/08/2025 to 10/08/2025.Food was excelleny.Hospitality offered by front office staff was excellent.The Restauratant staff was excellent in service.I advice other persons to visit the hotel once in their lifetime.

Unlike my ITC experience elsewhere, the staff was not very warm. For the first time at any hotel, the front desk did not welcome guests with a smile (rather gave judgemental looks). Food options were limited and taste was very average. Definitely not an ITc standard. Not that I had any issues during the stay. Everything was ok but average.

It's a nice property. Rooms are well appointed. My specific room has a noisy airconditioner apart from the fact that the thermostat didn't work chilling the room to an icy 19°C. Breakfast was good. Pool opens only at 8 am, making it useless for business travellers. They managed to open it for me by 7:30 but I had to wait 20 mins and then the washroom lights didn't work, so I had to go back to my room to shower.

Its officially 5 star but service and food is of 3 star standrd. Food qulity is poor . Rooms and washroom aur not sanitized and cleaned properly....

IT WAS OK OK STAY , the hotel is not having much to do .. just stay in your room or use pool that’s it .. no play area no any other activity.. but hotel was neat and clean

Property was very nice.....and food taste was superb..... Location is just in road.....and very close to ambience mall as well.... I enjoyed a lot..... Will repeat in future...

It was great the room was cleaned and properly set up. Room service was up to the mark and there was no issues with any other services.

My Octogenarian parents celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary at the hotel (no party, just themselves). They loved the hospitality and warmth shown by every staff. They had a quiet and personal stay. They were very well looked after.
