I had an amazing experience at heritage village. The stay was beyond my expectations. Starting from a warm welcome in a royal way to beautiful rooms and interior and delicious food everything was on point. Further the activities for children are engaging and ful filled. We enjoyed pool and soft play area as well. I would give a 5 star to the property with an overall mesmerising experience.

The stay at Heritage was quite good due to number of factors ranging from nice property, good food etc but the most amazing thing was choice of activities - there was bharat natayam performance, star gazing from telescope and live singing performance. We were totally immersed into these activities.

Wonderful stay and excellent hospitality

We (2 Adults and a kid ) enjoyed our stay. The staff were very courteous and provided excellent services.The drive to the resort is easy as the property is located right next to the Jaipur highway in Manesar. During Check-in , they accommodated our request to give us a room on ground floor due to a medical condition. In the indoor play area,PS5 was not functioning but it was quickly attended and resolved.The activities and swimming were fun and it kept us out of rooms:) The dinner was good.Afghani chicken was a bit cold and hard. There is some scope for improvement in non-veg dishes.Our special request for butter chicken was quickly accepted.The deal breaker was the happy hour deal as it was part of MMT super package.It was not obvious that we need to buy 2 drinks to avail extra 2 drinks.The manager at the restaurant also could not explain that the drinks will be chargeable. As a result, i had to pay the bill for drinks as the package was not clearly explained by the manager.I suggest to use a better language on MMT and at the hotel to explain it to a layman that drinks during happy hour package will be chargeable service. This episode was the only bad incident during our stay. At the breakfast, we requested to get something packed for our kid as he did not have anything in the morning breakfast. We were provided with food pack which really shows how caring the staff is.We also got baked bread and a hard copy family picture gift from the hotel. Overall a great experience and wonderful hospitality!

The resort is beautifully located, surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The property is well maintained with clean surroundings and scenic views. Spacious, comfortable, and neatly maintained.housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless.The resort offers plenty of activities for kids and adult. It’s great for both relaxation and recreation. The staff was polite, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall its a perfect getaway for families.

Location is quite reachable it's almost on the NH just a 100 meter stretch from the highway and there are enough activities to get the entire family including senior citizens engaged. Food is not that great but the other activities, scenery over shadow that part. This was my second visit to this place and it's totally worth it. Would love to visit again!
