The resort service quality was disappointing. We had to repeatedly inform the staff for even small things, which was very . The food quality was far below expectation – taste was below average, not even matching small local restaurants or food carts, yet prices were very high. Overall, not a value-for-money experience for a 3–4 star resort.

Food is very bad. specially the breakfast. Rooms are good but not very clean. service is not upto the mark.

Property location is good and easily reachable , food is ok but on its on a costlier side amenities are very good children will enjoy there stay

Rating : 2/5 (would not recommended for stay) First good things: The resort is only good for a day retreat not for staying because of activity for adults and kids. As the checking is at 2 pm and most activity ends by 5pm. It might be a rush to cover same day. The restraunt staff is courteous and the quantity of food both room sevice and dining is good for two people. it will be a good get away in case delhi NCR is too busy for you or too polluted. the place is lush green Now all the negatives: Room hospitality is very poor. One has to request many times before things get delivered. Even basic amenities like hand towel, slippers , bathroom.floor mat and many other things need to be requested. Many room do not even have proper view and have construction going around. Our first room gad ants and we had to switch rooms. There are frequent power cuts. The food menu option is very limited and over that they do not permit outside food to be delivered. Even the item on the menu are sometimes not available. The location is very far from delhi. It might take you around 2 hours from centre of delhi.

Service at reception was very poor,they were not at all courteous.When we called after seeing the room that room was not ok and washroom was in bad condition,no one responded and kept saying we will get back. The restaurant staff was helpful and the food was good.

Property is good But food is quite expensive 2000 for buffet,still don't like the restaurant sitting area & taste.

I would say that the resort was good only look wise.. only the view was good. The food quality and variety was not upto the mark. The deluxe room we booked was so claustrophobic and had no window. We got that room upgraded to suite for 5000rs. The suite was also not worth it. Services were not so amazing. Swimming pool was also dirty. If you wanna go , go for the view and the kids activities. Kids activities were good.

Overall a good experience. Food was very tasty. Swimming pool are neat and clean. Improvement in rooms are required. Very supportive Staff.

Very beautiful resort with good service taking care of whole family adults n kids. Breakfast was very good lots of varieties with good taste. Good activities for children . separate pool was very good for kids

Dont waste your money!Worst Service / room was dirty, full of bugs, red ants in the tea box / dirty linen / extremely hard doors, one cant open it without pushing it with our foot.

The property was good but there were lot of construction activities going due to which there were unwanted noise. Also we didn't get room of our choice. The swimming pool and the restaurants were quite crowded

worst property i have ever seen and experienced in my life . i dont know form where i can start still i try in short like Rooms were big but its like a dharamshalas room very bad AC was not working than will come to housekeeoing service whenever we call them for something they will check your room first than they will think that actually you want that or not . Food oily no taste not even a fresh food. overall experience is bad totally bad .Dont go there because it is much worse

One of the best property for kids and family. 2 hours drive from Noida and almost on highway. Well Maintained with good food and staff. Always recommend this property to my friend circle. Cheers!

Everything else was amazing be it Food, Activities, Swimming Pool except for the bedbugs in th room. We got our room changes at 1AM in the night.

1) first impressions was not great as dont feel like any welcoming on reception as expecting little gesture from staff to wish you "good afternoon" " welcome to the property "missing. Did not able to find my booking for 10min. 2)Room was preoccupied with flies. 3)all premium floors are on the first floor, so if you're going with toddlers you need to climb stairs as there is no lift system. positive 1) good reception area with welcome drinks 2)lavish green area from reception to rooms, children toy train, rain dancing, spacious room at affordable price. efficient house keeping service for refill of amenities. 3) breakfast buffet have all options of South Indian food,norrh Indian food. 4

Had an amazing one-night stay at Best Western Resort, Manesar! The property is super luxurious and perfect for kids — they loved the camel and horse rides, goat buggy, toy train, and of course, the swimming pool! we also enjoyed rain dance and tambola.The staff was really helpful and polite. The food was delicious too. Big thanks to GM Mr. Ashok Patel for being so friendly and always available to help. Highly recommended for a fun family getaway!
