I booked a double suite with rooftop gazebo with golf course view. I got a terrace with no golf course view . Imagine how would somebody feel when they paid INR per day for staying in a room which was nothing short of being very ordinary. I was heart broken. The location of hotel is good, exteriors are great . But the rooms are not at all like they are shown in pictures, the view is not at all like the way they describe , service was average , food was good. Overall it was an extremely average experience overhyped with an extreme price. I would recommend other resorts at half the price and triple the service.

the location of property is good near to city and food tastes good but they need to work on their service and from the outside property looks royal and all but the team needs to work on their hospitality you hardly feel the welcome of a five star basically this property is more like a wedding destination not a place for short holiday as near swimming pool they were pitching tent and they are not thinking about other guest and moreover you have to wait for buggy even though all of the buggy were free at that time and on checkout they didn't even care about asking how was our stay! if ITC wants to keep up their name they need to work on their team A good name is always spoiled by its team mates.

we are a family of 4. stayed there for 2 nights. overall it is comfortable stay. the property is nicely maintained. staff is courteous. a few points which we felt were missing. 1. high tea is on chargeable basis. till date in all ITC hotels or any other hotels, we have stayed, it has been complimentary for in house guests, especially who have opted for all meals. 2. sports like cycles were again on rent, that was complimentary in Westin Sohna, which is a similar kind of hotel. 3. when I called up the hotel,before booking and checked if dal bukhara is available in the menu, I was told no. but when we arrived, we got to know itc royal Afghan is there, which serves dal bukhara. our kids are very fond of dal bukhara. as all the meals were included in our package, we couldn't dine at Royal Afghan. also it opens in the evening only on the weekdays, so option of having lunch there on a weekend is not possible. overall a comfortable stay.

Even though we booked suite, the door lock was not working . Service was also ordinary. The ATV. Facility is chargeable. After paying a decent amount for the stay, I would have thought that facilities like this would not be chargeable, I had requested a cake for my daughter since it was her birthday. The hotel messed up the dates and gave the cake on 13/10 instead of 14/10 .

The food including the Hi- tea was very very average, not a lot of variety, as compared to to prices of the stay and meal! The buffet had bot so many varieties too, the room aas good and staff was polite.

The road which leads to the hotel after leaving the highway is horrible, full of potholes. The food is good. However the bathroom fittings and tiles are dirty. The private pool is also not that clean. Not much to do there unless you're travelling in a group. Honestly, it's overrated.

Great Property, Being Ruined by Poor Service Standards 1. The check-in experience was disappointing. For a 100-room property, there are only two check-in counters, which are easily overwhelmed by large, noisy groups and families. The result is a crowded, chaotic process that sets a poor tone for the stay. 2. Most of the restaurant staff appeared undertrained. They struggled to explain the dishes or drinks and could not even describe the high tea menu accurately. When we placed our high tea order, they forgot to ask for our beverage preferences altogether. 3. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the team graciously offered to send a cake to the room—but unfortunately, it never arrived :) 4. The activity areas left much to be desired. Even basic facilities like bicycles are charged separately. We rented bicycles for INR 700 only to find the tyres poorly inflated, and had to return them for air to be filled. This reflected a lack of attention from both the staff and their supervisors. 5. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and the property itself is beautifully maintained. The food too was good overall. 6. That said, an 18-hour stay costs which is difficult to justify given the inconsistencies in service quality. 7. Special thanks to Mikhail (check-in), Kika (restaurant), Aditi (chef), and Nirmal (staff) for their warm hospitality.

Had an excellent stay at the property. The place was well-maintained and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Food was also delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a great experience — would definitely recommend!

We went for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old daughter. The property is really nice the hospitality is exceptional. The rooms were really nice, very neat and clean. The service was amazing. We took half board deal in our package, unfortunately the dinner spread was not that great, it was not upto the level of a 5 star hotel. I have been to other places as well which serves amazing buffet spread but I was quite disappointed after seeing the menu here. Luckily the breakfast spread was amazing.

The team at Grand Bharat has always made our stay memorable. Jaskaran, who over the last four years, has been our go-to person, a member of the family. Chef Dipankar and Abhishek, who I met at my first trip that many years ago. Or ladies & gentlemen such as Munfaid from front office, Niharika from guest services, Sanchit from IRD, Abhishek Ji and Arslan from F&B, Surender from front office office. The people are the hallmark. Thank you, ITC Grand Bharat, for making my stays memorable, whether those be for my anniversary, my parents' birthdays, or otherwise.
