Even though we booked suite, the door lock was not working . Service was also ordinary. The ATV. Facility is chargeable. After paying a decent amount for the stay, I would have thought that facilities like this would not be chargeable, I had requested a cake for my daughter since it was her birthday. The hotel messed up the dates and gave the cake on 13/10 instead of 14/10 .

The food including the Hi- tea was very very average, not a lot of variety, as compared to to prices of the stay and meal! The buffet had bot so many varieties too, the room aas good and staff was polite.

The road which leads to the hotel after leaving the highway is horrible, full of potholes. The food is good. However the bathroom fittings and tiles are dirty. The private pool is also not that clean. Not much to do there unless you're travelling in a group. Honestly, it's overrated.

Poor Stay

Great Property, Being Ruined by Poor Service Standards 1. The check-in experience was disappointing. For a 100-room property, there are only two check-in counters, which are easily overwhelmed by large, noisy groups and families. The result is a crowded, chaotic process that sets a poor tone for the stay. 2. Most of the restaurant staff appeared undertrained. They struggled to explain the dishes or drinks and could not even describe the high tea menu accurately. When we placed our high tea order, they forgot to ask for our beverage preferences altogether. 3. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the team graciously offered to send a cake to the room—but unfortunately, it never arrived :) 4. The activity areas left much to be desired. Even basic facilities like bicycles are charged separately. We rented bicycles for INR 700 only to find the tyres poorly inflated, and had to return them for air to be filled. This reflected a lack of attention from both the staff and their supervisors. 5. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and the property itself is beautifully maintained. The food too was good overall. 6. That said, an 18-hour stay costs which is difficult to justify given the inconsistencies in service quality. 7. Special thanks to Mikhail (check-in), Kika (restaurant), Aditi (chef), and Nirmal (staff) for their warm hospitality.

We went for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old daughter. The property is really nice the hospitality is exceptional. The rooms were really nice, very neat and clean. The service was amazing. We took half board deal in our package, unfortunately the dinner spread was not that great, it was not upto the level of a 5 star hotel. I have been to other places as well which serves amazing buffet spread but I was quite disappointed after seeing the menu here. Luckily the breakfast spread was amazing.

ITC Grand Bharat retreat Gurugram , I am Pardeep Garg , stay july 1. *Location*: Hotel ki location aur uski suvidhaen. 2. *Room*: Room ki safaai, suvidhaen, aur aaram. 3. *Food*: (Aditi mam ) chef , Hotel ke restaurant mein khane ki gunvatta aur variety. 4. *Service*: ( Faique khan (reception ) , Yuvraj sir , Prem sir (Retreat manger) or all itc staff ka behavior, service ki speed, aur samasyaon ka samadhan. 5. *Amenities*: Hotel ki suvidhaen, jaise ki pool, gym, spa,Golf aur business center , electric cart. 6. *Overall Experience*: Hotel mein overall experience very nice, hum ise future mein phir choose karenge. Mera Anubhav , Main ITC Hotel mein 2 raat ke liye ruka tha aur mujhe yahan ka anubhav bahut accha laga. Hotel ki location bahut acchi thi, aur room mein sabhi suvidhaen uplabdh thi. Food bhi bahut accha tha, aur staff ka behavior bahut friendly tha. *Rating*: 5/5 *Recommendation*: Main ise un sabhi logon ko recommend karunga jo Luxury mein accha aur aaramdayak anubhav chahte hain. 🙏

No doubt, the ambience is truly beautiful and calming. However, the service was quite disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the staff failed to arrange a birthday surprise, which was very disheartening. Breakfast service involved long waiting times, possibly due to the team being overwhelmed by a few additional guests. Sadly, what was meant to be a special day turned out to be a letdown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ITC Grand Bharat, and it was truly a remarkable experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Mr. Sahil at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. His courteous demeanor and attention to detail made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout. A special thanks to Chef Mr. Sashank, who crafted personalized dishes tailored to my dietary requirements. It's rare to find such thoughtful and customized service, and I genuinely appreciated the effort he put into preparing meals that were both healthy and delicious. One highlight of the dining experience was the **Lal Maas** served at dinner—it was absolutely outstanding, perfectly spiced, and rich in flavor. Overall, ITC Grand Bharat exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, culinary excellence, and serene ambiance. I look forward to visiting again soon!

It was an amazing staycation! Me and my kid had a wonderful time at ITC Grand Bharat ❤️ Beautiful property with an outstanding hospitality, they ensured our stay to be an exceptional :) Rooms were spacious and beautifully Maintained, their swimming pool was clean and water temperature was nice maintained too! Food was excellent and their staff was humble and courteous. Special shout out to Bhagyshree at the reception, Dipak at security and Ashish Jha at the restaurant, these are the gems 💎 Thank you to entire team at Grand Bharat for making our staycation more memorable ❤️
