ITC Windsor was one the oldest and iconic hotel in the heart of Bangalore...with British sytle interiors and 5 star luxry combined with great hospitality. The food was good and rooms where comfortable. They provide the big menu of morning breakfast and eveing they have free drinks and snacks session for the guest. It was a good family break and value for money if you want to enjoy the 5 star luxury stay....

The hotel and its staff made my stay terrible. All in all they are a blot to the hospitality industry. I am seriously doubting the behaviour and the training’s provided. we had a good experience of overnight stay in ITC windsor. The room was neat and clean with very serene surroundings. Great hospitality by the staff. The best part was the food, each dish was authentic to its core and had great taste. we stayed in the Manor club room which was advertised as the one with a balcony but we didn't get the balcony room. Deducting a star for this reason. Otherwise it was a great overal experience.
