The Horizon Comforts

The stay was comfortable but the check-in was delayed, so we waited more than an hour. the room was big enough and the hotel had all the amenities they mentioned online.

Hotel don’t have restaurant make my trip stander room showing city view but this is wrong on standard Room no city view, Tv is not working properly Ac is also not working properly.

Very Restrictions to staying.No restaurant.if you stay in emergency no facilities of food or any other

The stay was average ,but the loud noise and the receptionist behaviour was not good. As we were increasing our stay and we requested a late checkout with extra charges. The person incharge agreed but later on at the time of check out behaved pretty badly.

towel, bucket,and other essential things and specially hot water should be provided before inmates ask.

When we arrived the receptionist was not there. I booked two rooms. In one, AC wasn’t working properly (no cooling effect) and the caretaker just came and simply clicked the remote and left saying it’ll be alright within minutes,which did not happen. The room was not ready. Even though the room was clean and set, there was no water bottle kept, beverage tray was empty.

all aspects satisfied. neat and clean spacious rooms. good location near by restaurants are attractive.

No proper service Ac not working still room was not changed. if there is no fan in the room than one has to provide better facilities. staff are least bothered

It was a bad experience. Following concern 1. Washroom door was defective 2. Washroom exhaust was not working 3. No tea bag/cattle in the room, which is very basic in hotel room. 4. They didn't have the same category room and were upgraded by them with extra charges.

The location of the property is excellent, offering convenience and accessibility. However, the quality of the rooms left much to be desired. The design and maintenance could have been significantly better to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, there was noticeable noise in the room, which detracted from the comfort and peacefulness of the stay.

Great rooms. All basics - perfect, i had to pay extra for early check-in. Prices are high for early check-in. Awesome location.

"Horizon Comforts" Most appalling experience. it goes with the name comfort but everything goes the other way around. I visited with my family of four. When asked for an extra pillow and sheets, I was told there's no Housekeeping staff. I've travelled and stayed at various properties but such an experience never occurred to me. The worst part is, with just a front office and just one security is not a safe place to stay shows lack of responsibility towards the safety of guests. I could be harsher with the verbiage, but I guess this is the responsibility of the owners and management to take immediate steps not to be so careless about a renowned property. I would want other guests to think twice before checking in. Don't get carried away by the ambience, there's a lack of responsibility and guest centricity here go elsewhere I'll never want to come back .

It was a short stay. Room was clean. So was the toilet. Staff was also very nice. Very close to bangalore cantonment station

The bath shower was not working and was old. Water flow is clogged due to dirt. Bed sheets had stains all over. The check-out time was 12:00 pm but they were pushing to vacate at 11:00 am. Not a great place to stay. I would have paid an additional few bucks and stayed in 5-star hotels. Big mistake.

The hotel is located near various restaurants and the property is good, well furnished and the staff are also polite. Overall it was a very good experience.

My experience is very bad with this hotel because they charge me ₹1000 for extra bad even when I booked for two rooms for four persons. They told me that in our system showing only one occupancy for each room. There is smell in rooms also.
