Hyatt - not a 5 star hotel

Rooms were okayish. Hyatt being the 5 star category didnt feel 5 star at all. Washbasin did not have hamd wash, instead a soap. After covid we didnt expect this. Also their major meal they say dinner/lunch are not buffets. They give you ala carte menu in which only 2-3 starters of veg and non veg each. Very few limited options to eat nothing like buffet. Main course had nothing but dal roti naan. And also deserts were so not good, they served icecream scoops in steel katori. Like we do in houses and brownie was literally felt like ready made. Fun fact: i asked the waiter to give us saunf, she came with a saunf bowl in hand with a spoon and asking me to put out my hand to take it, gosh i took it in my hand and took the saunf away only good thing was breakfast buffet but again the same waiters very unprofessional and lost

I had a truly wonderful and pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric, Bangalore. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s ambiance is warm, modern, and very well-maintained. A special thanks to Neha at the front desk, who was extremely cooperative, courteous, and made the check-in process seamless. She was always ready to assist with a warm smile. Iy. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made a real difference. The room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The overall service, food, and hospitality were excellent. I would highly recommend Hyatt Centric Bangalore for both business and leisure stays. Looking forward to returning soon!
