The property was good but the service was really poor. There was a major conflict and case of discrimination by another guest and the hotel authority didn’t take any action on it. It was pretty disappointing to see no intervention from their end.

not good stay overall waste of money

Not good stay manager Chetan sir was good and helping person but we can’t call or text for everything to manger bcoz rest staff was poor and not helpful and dinning was like staff they told me drink was complimentary and at the time of check out they billed us 500 rs and when we tell them that at call dinning told complimentary drink billing desk asking the name of waiter or order taker we are not free too remember that person name so how we told them for everything front desk deny and confused that our room has how much services or complimentary in our stay and stay was so rude overall stay was not good and I suggest not to stay at Hyatt regency I am regular guest but this I am so much disappointed so I think not to stay there waste of money

I had stay at Hyatt regency Ahmedabad and my experience was unforgettable Hotel ka environment aur hospitality dono hi outstanding the. Special thanks to Manager Vanshika, jinhone har ek detail ka dhyaan rakha aur stay ko aur bhi comfortable banaya. Unka professional yet caring attitude bahut impressive tha. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety and perfect taste. Service staff bhi bahut humble aur quick the. Overall, Hyatt Ahmedabad ne mujhe ek perfect combination of comfort, luxury aur warmth provide kiya.

I had a great time at Hyatt Regency. Their rooms are nice and airy .. food choices are also innumerable- there’s something to satisfy every taste bud.. ! .. their staff is extremely courteous.. overall the services are excellent and very personalised .. … the best part for me was when I called for Room Service and they answered the phone addressing me by my name!!! That’s a new level of personalisation!!

Stay was really beautiful, all i want to say is pls keep the food prices bit nominal, ambience, staff and everything was perfectly fine, but honestly paying 1000/- for two alo parathas and 700/- for french fries was toooo much, kindly work on food menu pricing, thanks!!
