The Ummed Ahmedabad Airport

It was my first experience to ummed as well as Ahmedabad. Hotel is nice, clean and safe and specially the behaviour of the hotel staff was amazing.

Excellent place to stay , very near to airport and well maintained property. Spacious room and lobby. Food is also good.

Good location - close to airport. Breakfast was very good and contains lot of varieties. Room was very clean. Furniture is very good and useful for comfort stay.

Hotel look ambience and location is good. Staff at the door are a little slow to respond. Room is good but the bed mattress is extremely soft which resulted in back pain for the both of us. Breakfast was not upto standard. Hardly any salt in any of the food. Bland to taste and when complained, the staff tasted and said there is salt and the food taste is ok. Made us some fresh food from the kitchen which was then proper in taste.

Terrible reception and concierge staff. Unprofessional, no respect for guests requests. Constant confusion and lying. Simple request like hotel pick up cannot be honoured. This hotel should be a 3 star hotel rating. Hallways smell, breakfast is very subpar with limited options. Only housekeeping staff was good and responsive.

Food was good not better and service was pathetic. Rooms toilets having old sanitary ware and cp fitting where they r not fully working.

The Property is turning old. seems like need maintenance specially within rooms and bathrooms. in summers it’s more important, they shall use Air Purifier in lobby to avoid odour.

No proper upkeep of rooms. Construction work is going on. Unable to stay in room due to smell of paint etc...

Nice stay . Location is good. Food is good. Television is not working properly. Pool view room has not provided.

Location of the Hotel is near the Airport. Excellent Property. Food was very good; Buffet dinner and breakfast had large number of items to choose from. Rooms are spacious. Some renovation in the bath tubs will make it better.

A good property but may need better management. A room near to room under renovation is alloted which has a strong smell of varnish. while complaint, room is changed. here point is why such room is allotted. It wasted 1 hour first checked in a room not suitable for staying and then shifting to other room.

My choice for staying close to Ahmedabad airport for catching flights. Room was comfortable, food was very good with lots of varieties in buffet. Excellent breakfast. Clean pool. Rooms need some renovation. Overall recommended.

it was pleasant and convenient, right on the airport compound.. nice, and tidy hotel with a vintage vibe. breakfast spread was decent.

Hotel needs to improve on the quality of the room infrastructure including washrooms. Many damaged fixtures and fittings. Only suitable for transit passengers. No value for money.

They should not open 3rd floor as it’s under heavy maintenance , it was really unhealthy atmosphere to cross that pathway to reach room. Dust. Paint smell, wastage, dirty doirs, dirtiest lobby mat. Actually totally disgusting experience

It was very well facilitated. superb rooms. had a fabulous stay. the suite rooms were very spacious.

I recently stayed at The Ummed Ahmedabad Airport and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—very convenient, especially for travelers using the airport. The staff truly stood out. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and seemed genuinely loyal to their work, which made the stay more comfortable and welcoming. However, I found the hospitality to be average. While the basics were covered, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of service efficiency and attention to detail. Overall, a good place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location with warm and helpful staff.
