Room service was poor, Reception staff was unprofessional & immature , as per Suite room they offered lounge access during booking but both days it wasn't operational, they assured me that they will deliver in room but both days they failed to deliver starters...

It was a gr8 experience staying at Renaissance Ahmedabad. Had a very comfortable stay. Morning breakfast at Restaurant was really worth mentioning especially hospitality by Ms Swetha & the manager incharge there made my experience really commendable.

It was a great experience by the hotel staff especially at the breakfast by the manager in charge & Ms Shweta they made the breakfast quite comfortable and ease to deal at peak hours

Location is very good just off SG highway. Rooms are large with good space having good view of city. Restaurant is lavish with good ambience.
