Binori A Boutique Hotel

The rooms are poorly maintained. The bathroom was in a bad condition. I asked for a room change because the room had cigarette smoke used by the previous customer however the receptionist refused saying the hotel is completely booked. I checked online and rooms were available for sale.

Room allotted had two different twin beds joint which wasn’t great but later on they switched to another room which was much better than earlier one

Had a great stay. Highly recommended. Cordial staff and clean stay. Stayed for a day but would always choose the place.

Good hotel but one thing disappointed me that guests are not allowed in room after 7:30 pm. Even it is a senior citizen male guest also. It was an embarrassing experience as I invited my colleague to have dinner in my room to celebrate his retirement day.

firstly, it was not told this is a vegitarian property. why is it not shared n guests never heard that in a hotel residents guests are not allowed in the room . Yes possibly such rules are in Dharamshala n not in a 4 star Hotel.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were courteous, helpful, and very accommodating. We requested a room change, and they handled it promptly without any hassle. The property is well-maintained, conveniently located, and offers all the necessary amenities.

Delicious and large variety of food. Excellent staff, comfortable stay. The best part was, my companion turned late, they served dinner in room.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was very poor. The bathrooms were too small to even stand in, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. In the worst incident, my daughter got stuck in the lift, which locked. She came out after 15-20 minutes.
