Bad smell in all over the room. Tubelight, ac are not working bathroom was not clean. There is no tap in washbasin

Staff behaviour was very bad and condition of rooms was very poor i request you to not book this hotel.

The hotel management did not allowed the check-in. They were asking us to get in touch with OYO team and after making numerous calls - no solution were found. We had been kept in limbo and officially no one had responded to our mails/calls.

The hotl denied giving the room and blackmailed by saying that pay 1000 plus taxes to get tge room even if you have the booking. Do whatever you want to we will not give you the room. The manager was rude and used foul language. Don’t expect this from make my trip being the platinum member

The amenities were disastrous. The staff's behaviour was super rude and the cleanliness in the washroom and bathroom made me puke!

The property is in extremely bad state, bathrooms are broken. Made my staff stay there, he had a horrible night.

very poor staff and support, please don't book Oyo hotels online because online rate is wrong as per manager said of Oyo 3649 shree balaji residency. he said our rate is different from online. Oyo customer care also not supported.

terrible experience. completely unhygienic rooms. not even single covid measures are following by hotel management. hotel person is asking for tips when we have signed in checked in register and even the staff was so irritating at the time of rain the water was coming inside the room so my first bad👎Experience.

There were cockroaches on bed and floor, bathroom accessories were broken, manager was rude as if he’s paying for my stay. I went there from a different state and reached there at 6 am, he said if i want to go as per policy i have to wait for 12 pm, if i take refund from make my trip and pay him he would let me in. When i came back after doing my work at 1 pm, then i found such horrible rooms and management. I took my baggage and booked another hotel for 2 days i have proofs for everything, i have raised the complaint to mm t and also in consumer forum to get my refund.

Poor facilities no hangers no kitchen no water

This Hotel is not at all upto the standards. Hotel staff helps us to shift into different rooms but every room has its own problems, Old Property no maintenance . Horrible sounds from the ACs, wall painting peeled of exposing the fungus.They give used water bottles for drinking ,no hygiene.

We shift another hotel even after confirm booking. Worst evrr. We ultimately hungry sleep because hotel change still 12. 00 pm and till that time no hotels open

No safety guidelines followed. Cockroach moving around in the room. So many mosquito. Bedsheet not clean. So much sepage on the wall. Broken cupboard. Toilet and washroom area unhygienic.
