Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad Prahlad Nagar

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Welcome drink promised in the booking but never given. Staff lied about it. Buffet was a mess — no glasses, no bowls, no plates — had to ask for every basic item. Shockingly, hotel staff were eating in the same dining area as guests. No manager available, no accountability. This property is nowhere close to Holiday Inn Express standards. Absolutely disappointing.

This was one of my worst travel experience. From Room size to cleanliness to broken bathroom fittings couldn't have asked for worse. To add to it my escalation is not yet resolved even after 2 days of being raised

Best hotel to stay in Ahmedabad. Neat and clean washroom. Decent staff & quick service. Food quality is good.

Stay was ok, but the complimentary breakfast, even it is complimentary we have paid extra money for that. But the breakfast is not up to the mark. None of the cooked food was good. Need lots of improvement.

During my three night stay. I literally had to call at least 5 times for a simple thing like an iron. I had to physically visit the reception to take the iron

Unhygienic room, low quality food. Bed sheet were not changed for 3 days for the stay of 5 nights. For 5 nights stay, bed sheets were changed once, that to post complaining.

Everything was top notch, the area, room, cleanliness, staff. Really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend

the location is ideal and located near to the Industrial area, you can reach gidc easily. but the food choices are limited and rooms are small.

It’s good hotel for business travelers, room service and house keeping is good , rooms are very small so not ideal for family , one person can stay very comfortably, for two persons privacy is an issue as bath place and toilet are small and both are at separate place and one small basin is in open, for one person travelling for office and business purposes everything is good, and it’s nicely located, breakfast arrangement is good and adequately maintained.

Small rooms and too small bathrooms. Also not so warm water to take bath. Just ok to stay even though it’s expensive.

the rooms are clean and hygienic but there are 2 major points of discomfort...1. that the rooms are so small that there is no space to even open a 2 suitcases in the room... 2. the washrooms have see through doors

होटल के बाथरूम बहुत छोटे है आदमी बैठ भी नहीं सकता मैने रात 2 बजे चेक इन किया रूम का ac काम नहीं कर रहा था रात में 3 बजे वॉशरूम का पानी continuously चलने लगा 😭 प्लंबिंग आकर कहता के मै ठीक करता हु 🙏 रात 4:15 बजे रूम चेंज किया मेरे पैकेज में ब्रेक फास्ट include था स्टाफ कहता 10:30 तक करो 10 :25 पर ब्रेकफास्ट टेबल पर पहुंचा तो बुफे हटा दिया बिलकुल बेकार सर्विस टोटल 0

As far as Location and Food is concerned it was good. But the service was poor. Rather I would say it was ridiculous. Even in bathroom WC was loose. There was no hanging hinges in the bathroom
