Room was quite good. Loved the food and service. We had fun at poolside too. Also the hotel is located at very nice location.

The property was not as accepted, Chef tashif was an amazing chef. Location of the property is ok but not by the sea side, so was disappointing. Also the grey guy at the reception was super rude

We family of four. check in was supposed to be by 3.00. Mr Aryan reception staff gave preference to some other guest and even didnt care to offer welcome drink. The other guest who arrived after us was given the room keys. We were given keys after 30 mins. This is biased approach which was visible.

Delayed housekeeping despite various reminders. A cake & spoon remained in our sight for 26 hours. Not so good breakfast, 10 reminders needed & u get burnt or cold food. They did a HUGE favor to me by offering a small bday pastry & left in non-AC room while we were away.

The room was spacious and the view was wonderful, however, hygiene was not upto the mark. It did not stand up to the 5 star standards, toiletries were never refilled during house keeping and only when requested, the room was wet and slippery after housekeeping, not enough towels were provided. No bathmat or bathrobes were provided as mentioned previously. The food was good taste wise, however the restaurant staff were very laid back and we had to request everything multiple times before it was fulfilled. A couple of staff were rude too. However, the receptionist was very polite and tried to accommodate our requests. So, overall, an average experience. Would probably not visit again.

I was given room on 4th floor... but lifts were not working for 2 consecutive days.. and property management didn’t cared at all for it... very poor services.. AC were leaking in dining area.. & water was dripping on tables... complained about it but no response...
