Very bad, unprofessional,mannerless, no training, no one knows what is Hospitality. No one offered water when we are waiting for room, Breakfast experience very bad , forget about food and beverage didn’t get a paper napkin after asking several times, tv was not working even after informing housekeeping person it was not rectified

I have never had such a bad experience in any of IHG properties. The staff was clueless of how to run hospitality business. The room service, though available as per the hotel but as per the kitchen it was not. I personally went down to the kitchen to check the reason behind it. The staff “explained “ me that they have only dry kitchen, the food (Stale however) comes from some central kitchen and they only warm it and serve. All the people who have taken the so called buffet dinner for Rs. 800 were only complaining and the untrained staff was confused how to answer them. One staff member(Deliberately hiding the name of this gentleman) even told me that they get “Tandoori roti” from central kitchen and they only warm it and serve. Being a business hotel, the property owner and IHG should focus of right treatment of guests. If there would have been an option of a Zero rating, I would have given that.

Twin bed wrong room was provided. I was only person and they provided me twin bed and bed size also was very small. wardrobe isn’t there in room. No greeting while check in. Breakfast isn’t also good and not matched with hotel good will.
