The stay was okay but Front Office staff were extremely rude and ill behaved . The staff "Subroto" was especially horrible, he was extremely rude and pathetic. Using fowl language towards guests .

Rooms, location & facilities were excellent for a 3 star hotel. Service staff were nice people but service quality could be better. Some had language & training issues. Also general hygiene & cleanliness in F&B section could be much better. That was disappointing! Laundry service was average.
