The front office is really very nice and helpful. The food was also to our liking. The location is quite convenient as it's near the airport. However, the furniture in the rooms need a makeover and the linen and towels also require urgent change. The bathroom design seems to be done in an unprofessional manner.

Staying on that hotel is a terrible experience we check in at late evening but when demanded as per mentioned that I can able 3 hours late check out but the hotel reviews to provide the same and charge me rs 1000 for the same also the food that is complementary as been provided with the very tiny items and there is no buffet and the lunch menu has been selected by the chef not by the guest. And the food quality is also bad.

I room was smelling very bad. Also bed sheet me pillow cover was smelling horrible. We expected that the ferns has good service and room. The breakfast was also pathetic. No options to eat the breakfast and the lunch was tasteless. Overall experience was very bad.

Ihad a disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. The food was tasteless and not delicious. 2. The quality and quantity of services did not match the cost. 3. The bathroom shower was poorly placed and inconvenient to use. 4. I reported these issues in the morning, but no one resolved them even by night. I booked a king-size bed room, but they provided a twin-bed room instead. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel.
