It was very nice the food was great I had a private pool and jaccuzi and plus I also loved the view and Nutella that’s soo much it would have been a lot more dinner if the rates were cheaper but nevertheless it was great

Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room cleanliness, ambience, and maintenance were well managed. The reception check-in was smooth, with courteous staff. A special mention to Mr. Ajit Sahu (Food and Beverage Manager), Mr. Keshab Jana (Chef), and other members of the restaurant team, who were extremely cooperative and supportive, especially in accommodating the food preferences of my 8-year-old daughter. Their attentive service truly enhanced our dining experience. Room service was prompt, and the overall warmth and friendliness of the staff were appreciable, making the stay very welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality !

There was no welcome drink when we reached the hotel. Room was not clean. We ordered Kanda bhajiya and Paneer pakoda in the Room and it was cold. Price of paneer pakoda was too high.

Hotel is located approximately 30 kms away from lonavala, approach road needs improvement, hotel staff is courteous and helped us on all our queries promptly, rooms are spacious and clean, we had booked the all meal package and food spread and quality was good, for breakfast only feedback is that we felt that salt was less in all the preparation which was not the case for lunch and dinner. Lunch and dinner was great. Swimming pool was not properly maintained and maybe it was also due to heavy rains and a day before we received message that pool was under maintenance Good stay overall and would recommend to my family and friends Value for money experience

Property’s location is manageable if you are taking a vehicle with you. Sightseeing points can be difficult to access without a vehicle, as, despite Ola and Uber rickshaws being available, they are limited. Hotel property is very beautiful. The pool is very small to accommodate all the guests that the hotel can accommodate. Rooms were airy and spacious, with plenty of light coming through the window. Refrigerator, towels, napkin, tissues, basic toiletries kit were available along with bottled water and tea bags/coffee sachets. However, the other amenities mentioned like hair dryer and bathrobe were not available. We had opted for dinner and breakfast’s buffet service, and the quantity and quality of both were exceptional. Food ordered in the restaurant (other than the buffet service) took too long to arrive though. The housekeeping service was also prompt and thorough, even at night. There are nearby points to see including Birla Temple and a small hill from where you can see the city view. I definitely recommend this hotel, regardless of whether you are going as a group of friends or family or even a corporate outing.

Property was good, breakfast was great. However buffer lunch was not up to the mark. Also regarding service food items were not refilled untill one would ask for the same for atleast 4 to 5 time. One of the working staff, I think he was below manager was extremely rude Fern is a brand and people look upto it and without second thought book it for stay, but the canteen team were never responsive specially the person I mentioned. We had asked for hot chocolate atleast thrice but it never came. Food/lunch/room service were not responding to any calls we had to go downstairs and place order.
