Firstly when we reached there... There was no welcome drink concept as mentioned... Second, we ourselves has to manage to pick luggage to third floor room... There was no helping staff available for luggage .. Third.. the cookie available in mini bar was expired on dated 16-09-2025. Fourth... We requested for scissors and for that we have to ask many a times ... There was avarage standard of hospitality which was felt by me and my kid. Overall experience is avarage.

Rooms were very good. Food is good during dinner and lunch as we opted for ala carte option. Breakfast was not that good as per name.

Location is 5 km from main city Food is costly and not tasty Amenities toilet is hvg bath tub but not that clean, for extra adult the space is very less, Water bottles are served after lot of follow up. swimming pool is detached from main building. Services house keeping staff is lousy. from desk staff are ordinary.
