Property overall very nice just location really odd as edge of bridge so difficult to reach at location

Firstly when we reached there... There was no welcome drink concept as mentioned... Second, we ourselves has to manage to pick luggage to third floor room... There was no helping staff available for luggage .. Third.. the cookie available in mini bar was expired on dated 16-09-2025. Fourth... We requested for scissors and for that we have to ask many a times ... There was avarage standard of hospitality which was felt by me and my kid. Overall experience is avarage.

Good staff n property 1)Although our bathroom was all filled up with shower water in 1 go as its slope was not.proper towards drain 2)Air condition was not properly cooling as in day it was almost warm and can't open up window as it was

room size is not upto the market as per fern standard , i frequently used fern hotels bu this one is a worst

Rooms were stuffy, dirty. Too tiny and the food in room service was also had a weird taste. Felt like 'hotel decent'

If you directly books from Hotel then it gives you good rooms

Room's Bathroom very small not maintained. AC remote not working TV remote not working. services very slow. Not worth.

Rooms were very good. Food is good during dinner and lunch as we opted for ala carte option. Breakfast was not that good as per name.

Location is 5 km from main city Food is costly and not tasty Amenities toilet is hvg bath tub but not that clean, for extra adult the space is very less, Water bottles are served after lot of follow up. swimming pool is detached from main building. Services house keeping staff is lousy. from desk staff are ordinary.

very good experience. services and staff are 10/10. breakfast had lots of varieties and rooms are much bigger than expected. also they gave me an upgrade which is very rare but still they gave even without me asking for it.

This property is the best. The food here was very tasty and the breakfast in the morning also had a lot of variety. And the services here are also very good. It is very fast. If you order anything, they bring it very quickly and solve every problem.

Such a nice stay Awesome place. Location is close to places to visit. Clean cozy rooms. Breakfast and Dinner was mouthwatering.
