must stay for a royal experience.
It has been one of the best in house experiences at a property. The room was well maintained and spacious. Special shoutout for the food quality, taste and variety in buffets. A few suggestions for future - improvise the game room & salon services. Otherwise overall it was great.

An okiesh experience
The property was nice and well maintained. Although it was good , but didn't feel the touch of Leela. The other Leela property's are too classy. This felt too cluttered as if in a small place they want to build everything. I felt the personalization was a bit missing. I went for my Bday which I did mention in my request to property, but no one bothered to wish or create something memorable for the guest. I got a small cake delivered but there was no welcome message. Missing big time on Leela Legacy. Just a thing, I think a bit of change is needed. Was expecting a lot, however it turn out a bit of disappointment.

From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Everything was exceptional except the time taken for check-in. Property is beautiful. Aravali hills in its surroundings makes it look majestic specially in monsoon season.

Poor Stay
Delayed service.check in asked time was 2:30pm but they gave us keys after 2 hrs.Moreover at breakfast buffet nobody provide table and even bananas were finished...now you can imagine how disappointed I am with the service.

Memorable stay
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and pampered. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained with modern amenities. Bathroom were spacious with thoughtful space kept for closet. Food was too good and healthy options were available .Breakfast buffet had many varieties of dishes including Indian,,.asian continental Pool area was well maintained with beautiful surroundings. property was well maintained with cleanliness and well groomed plants and trees . we had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way we would recommend this hotel for stay
