The facilities were excellent, but they had really less options in veg though the desert amd views were outstanding. The car vallet service was quite slow and we expected much better. One of the lifts wasnt functional. Overall it was an average stay

Poor Stay
Food was good. Service & Check in process is terrible. Room was not ready at 03.30 pm & hotel reception asked us to wait. Matress was not at all comfortable. Mosquito in room. Neither good night nor all out was available in the room.

Poorc Stay Experience in Hotel Four Seasons Worli Mumbai
The Hotel took 30+ minutes to check in us as the rooms were not clean even at 03.30 pm. As per Hotel reservation team MakeMyTrip didn't enabled the chargeable lunch & complimentary breakfast alongwith booking. This created more time for check in.We ordered Sandwiches which took 45 minutes to deliver inside room. Overall room service was poor & took more time. There were mosquitos in the room & hotel didn't had Good night or All out refills installed in the room. The W/c size is very small. However morning Indian breakfast prepared by Chef was very tasty.

Terrible Stay
This property is not worth spending so much money. Breakfast is like a normal 3 star hotel category breakfast with limited food menu. Room sizes are small , with old vibes . Only one thing is good - staff behaviour.

soloI always enjoy staying at Four Seasons. The warmth and genuine care shown by the hotel staff reminds me of The Taj. The newly renovated rooms are lovely. The layout is great with a separate dressing room for your luggage, and a large bathroom. The bed is all about comfort, with a plethora of pillows. Midnight blue wallpaper, a plush carpet, padded slippers, a well curated mini bar, and a coffee machine for that shot of espresso-the list of good things is long!

Excellent Stay
The stay was really great, staff was too polite and welcoming. Food was excellent and they have a rooftop bar called aer which has a great vibe and servers great food and drinks.

Very bad experience in the elevator
soloLocation was fine but there was a mishap in the elevator. The guest got stuck in the elevator as it just stopped working and the desk manager was not helpful enough. The guest had to be inside the elevator for more than 10 minutes. It would have been dangerous for anyone with health issues.

Poor service at opus restaurant!
I had a disappointing experience at opus restaurant. The service was sub-par and didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, registering my complaint with the restaurant manager was challenging as he was unavailable and unresponsive. Due to the poor service, we ended up leaving our unfinished food.
