the hotel is very very near to terminal 1 and terminal 2 so that makes it very comfortable for travellers who have to wait for the next flight. to kar comes to pick you up from airport and also drops you to the airport with discounted charges please very good service. the hotel staff is very cultious and very well coming and helping. the breakfast spread is huge. Tarun sir really large the bathroom is big size the rooms service is great. and the price is reasonable

The room was okay. The reception area doesn’t have a single sofa or sitting arrangement making you wait for over 15-20 minutes should all counters are busy. Food was good but could’ve been better.

Good Stay
I have always chosen JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and not once have they disappointed me. It was a wonderful experience the staff was extremely polite and well behaved. They took care from check in till check out and made sure the process was smooth. The room service was on time and any issues that came up was tackled professionally and swiftly. We recently stayed at JW Marriott and were truly impressed—it was even better than our last visit in November 2024. The reception staff were exceptionally warm and courteous. We had booked a stay for three with dinner included, and when our son requested to join us just for dinner before leaving, the staff generously welcomed him without any extra charge. This thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. To top it off, they also arranged a lovely birthday celebration for our son right in the room. Such hospitality and personal touches have made us loyal guests of JW Marriott for the future!
