Room not clean Mattress loose and worn out, ac grill broken. No dental kit. Breakfast menu absolutely poor. No fruits, no eggs or omlette. Toaster not functioning.

First of all room was dirty and washroom was very very dirty , geyser is not working at all 3 days i had to take shower in cold water i informed them to fix the issue of geyser but they told they will shift me to another room which is already checked out by other guests and without cleaning the room they gave us that room and the result is same there also same issue geyser not working at all . The room window is not closing if anyone talks in very less also it will pass voice because of the window curtains problems . And there is a complimentary water bottle and they are charging .the water bottle is 250 ml. After paying rent of per night they did not basic amenities ,very pathetic experiance . If we order food from outside we have to go 10 times down since they dont allow delivery person inside . Very worst experiance i faced

I had a pathetic experience during my stay. I stayed there just for one night and checked out. Even after paying the final bill and checking out the manager there has an audacity to tell the customer care of MMT that I did not check out. Rooms were not clean, toilet flush not working, lift not working, dust all around the room. We had also asked MMT to help us with refund so that we can make an another booking but even that did not happen.

Hotel is very nice neat and clean everything was perfect Ac,Tv,,Wifi and house keeping service,I ordered food from outside and they serve me with plates and spoon,I am very with the service they have provided me.i really recommend this hotel to everyone

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and easily accessible. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process and the attention to detail in housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to others!

Hotal is horrible no cleaning ,no amenities charge more like 3star hotal ,no cleaning room . Breakfast is worest . I will not suggest this hotal .
